What is transition? Transition within the produce industry is where moving from one growing region to the next twice a year. To provide fresh produce all year long, our growers move their entire harvest and operations from Salinas, CA to Yuma, AZ. From the equipment to hard-working harvesters, our growers are working hard to keep the supply in regular production.
